About the practice of 30 years of work of the MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT CENTER (Habitat) on short-term training (Start-up, 90 days) for more than 15 thousand deputies and officials of local councils, representatives of public organizations and business circles of Ukraine under the UN-Habitat Programs for strategic planning " MANAGEMENT OF CHANGES" on the preparation of the PERSONNEL RESERVE of local authorities, the formation of strategies and policies of self-governments to solve urgent local problems and ACTION PLANS to attract investments for the economic development of the district/city/OTG under the mechanism of public-private partnership. About the practice of implementation during 2022 - 2024 of the International Program: "HOUSING +5 for internally displaced persons in host communities in Ukraine" in cooperation with organizations of the UN system (UNHCR, UNDP, UNIDO, UNICEF, WFP, FAO, WHO, ILO, IOM, UN-Habitat) with the participation of regional councils and 100 host communities of 8 pilot regions - participants of the Program in the following areas: I. "Housing for IDPs"; II. "Health of IDPs"; III. "Social protection of IDPs"; IV. "Employment of IDPs"; V. "Nutrition of IDPs".
