Workshop for the construction of the Municipal Climate Action Plan (PACMUN)

Organized by the Municipal Institute of Planning and Competititveness of Torreón (IMPLAN) with the Directorate General Enviroment of Torreón, this Workshop have three main activities: 1. A press conference to show the advances in the Municipal Climate Acion Plan (PACMUN), 2. The presentation of the results of the Inventory of the GhG and at least the Workshop for the construction of the (PACMUN) with key groups.
