Vive Centenario’s 7th edition is a citizen-led, nonprofit gathering taking place on October 18, 2026, in Parque Centenario, an urban forest in Ibagué, Colombia. Returning to the place where this community initiative began, the gathering celebrates AIR—the air we share, the air that sustains life—through movement, breathing, art, music, and collective learning. Its programme brings together birdwatching, yoga with handpan, tai chi, creative workshops, environmental education, local enterprises, exchanges, and performances featuring wind instruments, singing, wings, fans, and juggling. An open conversation circle will explore local memory, ecological connections, and community care. Environmental responsibility guides the entire experience, with minimal sound impact and a progressive zero-waste approach supported by participant training. Organised in connection with the Parque Centenario Caretakers Network, Vive Centenario strengthens year-round efforts to protect this shared natural and cultural heritage. As part of ORIGIN, the gathering will hold a heartfelt prayer for Mother Earth on October 18, joining in intention and continuity with the global prayer of the previous day, connecting local care with a worldwide vision of planetary regeneration.
