The event consists of a series of technical workshops promoted by the Subsecretariat for Urban Development of the State Secretariat for Urban Development and Housing of São Paulo. Its goal is to discuss regulatory barriers that hinder the production of social housing in municipalities across the state, disseminate innovative methodologies for analyzing urban regulation, and present strategies for institutional capacity-building to address urban inequalities and uncontrolled urban expansion. The activity is directly aligned with the central theme of the Urban Circuit 2025, as it explores concrete pathways toward fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable cities through qualified, data-driven urban planning.
