The event consists of a series of technical workshops organized by the Subsecretariat for Urban Development of the State Secretariat for Urban Development and Housing of São Paulo. Its goal is to discuss the regulatory barriers that hinder the production of social housing in municipalities across São Paulo State, to disseminate innovative methodologies for analyzing urban regulation, and to present institutional capacity-building strategies to address urban inequalities and unplanned urban expansion. The activity is directly connected to the central theme of Urban Circuit 2025, as it explores concrete pathways toward fairer, more inclusive, and more sustainable cities through data-driven and well-structured urban planning.
