The event consists of a series of technical workshops organized by the Subsecretariat of Urban Development of the Secretariat of Urban Development and Housing of the State of São Paulo. Its goal is to discuss regulatory obstacles that hinder the production of social-interest housing in municipalities across São Paulo, disseminate innovative methodologies for analyzing urban regulation, and present strategies for institutional strengthening to address urban inequalities and uncontrolled urban expansion. The activity is directly connected to the central theme of Urban Circuit 2025, addressing concrete pathways toward fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable cities through data-driven, high-quality urban planning.
