The event consists of a series of technical workshops promoted by the Subsecretariat for Urban Development of the Secretariat for Urban Development and Housing of the State of São Paulo. Its goal is to discuss the regulatory barriers that hinder the production of social housing in municipalities across São Paulo State, disseminate innovative methodologies for analyzing urban regulation, and present institutional capacity-building strategies to address urban inequalities and unplanned urban expansion. This activity directly aligns with the central theme of Urban Circuit 2025 by exploring concrete pathways toward fairer, more inclusive, and more sustainable cities through qualified, data-driven urban planning.
