Urban October at UDDI, Thammasat University

The Faculty of Architecture and Planning, also known as Thammasat Design School (TDS) of Thammasat University, Thailand, is a leading faculty for the built environment disciplines which promotes cutting-edge knowledge and international education and perspectives. UDDI is an International program in Urban Design & Development of TDS, which responds to the rapid changes associated with modern urban growth in order to create an inclusive and sustainable environment for a better urban future. UDDI Urban October events aim to encourage everyone to join in activities, events, and discussions focused on sustainable urbanization, featuring an exhibition of urban design studio projects ranging from small scale city interventions to large scale greenfield developments (running till the end of October in the faculty courtyard); an online workshop between Trisakti x TDS x ISCM UEH on the topic of 'Towards Sustainable Transit Oriented Communities in South East Asia'; and guest lectures from Cracow Polytechnic, Poland. Admissions are ongoing for our recently commenced Master of Urban Design international program at Thammasat University which helps to shape the next generation of urban experts, specialists and designers in Southeast Asia - leaving no one and no place behind.
