To broaden citizen participation in the review of the Master Plan, Ippuc has developed a framework for holding open workshops that can be organized by community councils, professional associations, academic institutions, organizations, and institutes involved in urban planning. These workshops aim to foster debate and gather contributions to the city’s urban development guidelines. A workshop manual is available to guide the process, and the submission of results is systematized to ensure their inclusion in the analysis of proposals for the Master Plan.
