To broaden citizen participation in the revision of the Master Plan, IPPUC has developed a framework for organizing open workshops, which can be hosted by entities, community councils, professionals, academic institutions, organizations, and institutes related to urban planning. These workshops aim to promote debate and gather contributions to the city’s urban development guidelines. A user manual for conducting the workshops is available, along with a systematized process for submitting results to be included in the analysis of proposals for the Master Plan.
