The event “UNA-SE: Local Experiences and Global Challenges – Heritage, Environment, and Pathways to COP30” is part of the UN-Habitat Urban Circuit 2025. The activity proposes a panel with project members and the community to discuss climate challenges and their relationship with cultural and environmental heritage in the Bacanga territory (São Luís/MA). The initial results of the UNA-SE Project – Culture, Environmental and Heritage Education will be presented, which develops actions such as: the Inventory of the Ecomuseum Sítio do Físico, educational trails, workshops, seminars, the documentary Museums as Spaces that Educate, social cartography, and community mobilization activities. This feedback session seeks to strengthen dialogue between the university, public authorities, and local communities, highlighting how territorial experiences can contribute to global debates on sustainability and climate justice, especially in the context of COP30 in Belém.
