Socio-environmental entrepreneurship and peripheral inclusion

This event aims to showcase two socio-environmental entrepreneurship projects that foster social inclusion in peripheral communities and among individuals facing vulnerability. The first successful project is the Prato Verde Sustentável, an agroecological urban garden initiative that promotes environmental education and food security in a peripheral community of São Paulo. The second project is Sefras Reciclagem, which facilitates the inclusion of individuals experiencing homelessness or extreme social vulnerability through a recycling cooperative, providing employment and income opportunities through recycling.
