This event aims to promote a reflection on urban and territorial public policies and issues related to women, the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and homeless people in the Brazilian semi-arid region. The panelists will present academic research on the aforementioned group concerning urban and territorial issues in the states of Ceará and Piauí. The event will be livestreamed and will feature videos on the panelists’ research on issues related to poverty, gender equality, social inequalities, and territorial sustainability in the Brazilian semi-arid region.
