The event will take the form of a conversation circle between researchers with a profile of social and/or political activists, that is, involved in actions for the emancipatory transformation of the self-produced neighborhoods where they act. The theme will be the path to these transformations, based on the evaluation of ongoing experiences, and taking into account, especially, the context of overcoming COVID-19 and its socioeconomic effects and on urban development. The approach will focus on the exchange of experiences, critical evaluation and reflection on the most appropriate methodologies for transformative projects. The focus will be on the performance of grassroots organizations and local movements.
