The available technologies (BIM Build Information Modelling; GIS Geographic Information Systems and VR Virtual Reality) are enabling a new way of planning and operating our cities. The quick development and expansion of urban centers, the aging of infrastructure, poor housing conditions - which generate greater health services’ needs - environmental degradation and congestion, require knowledge and technologies that support solutions to the current challenges.
Our panelists will demonstrate, how knowledge, combined with software such as BIM 360, REVIT, Infraworks, VR Unity Reflect, AutoCAD MAP and GIS, enable us to leverage the enhancement of "CITIES AND COMMUNITIES" (SDG 11).
Following the event, participants will have access to an online BIM 360 software workshop, certified by Autodesk, to learn about the impact of collaboration and sharing information in real time for better decision making.
