Promotion of the Research “Housing Market in Bosnia & Herzegovina"

Research “Housing Market in Bosnia & Herzegovina" is a very qualitive contribution to the specialist literature in the field of housing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, covering legal, economical and architectural-construction area. The authors have presented the very complex situation in this field from several different aspects, they highlighted existing problems and gave recommendations for their solution. Authors are Mr Mirza Hebib, M.A. iur., sPhD (Law faculty Sarajevo, B&H), Ms Lejla Ramić, M.A. iur., sPhD (Law faculty Sarajevo, B&H), Ms Ekrema Bilić, grad.eng.archit. and Ms Inra Lapo, grad.eng.archit. (Sarajevo, B&H). It is finalized in the end of 2020, written in English language, on 45 pages. The research is divided in three mutually connected parts as follows: 1. LEGAL FRAMEWORK: JURISDICTIONS AND STAKEHOLDERS, 2. ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE HOUSING MARKET and 3. SUPPLY STRUCTURE FROM THE ASPECT OF ARCHITECTURE. The publication is produced within the HOLICOB project activities (Housing and Living Conditions in B&H), implemented by CENSOR, in partnership with the Swedish Union of Tenants Aros-Gävle region, financed by the Olof Palme International Center. Representatives from the public and private sectors as well as CSOs representatives from Tuzla region are invited to the event.
