Additionally, urbanization often leads to improved infrastructure and services, including better access to healthcare, education, transportation, and sanitation, while also encouraging technological advancement and modernization of city facilities. Cities further contribute to social and cultural development by hosting diverse communities, facilitating cultural exchange, and supporting social mobility. They can act as platforms for political participation and social activism.
