Rama serves as Director of Territorial Promotion and real estate management at SAFRU, Senegal’s national land development and urban renewal company. At the interface between public planning and investment, she promotes SAFRU’s programmes to investors, public partners and development finance institutions, and steers the commercialisation of land and real estate for mixed-use developments, housing and urban regeneration. Her work focuses on territorial attractiveness, public-private partnerships, land-based financing and transit-oriented development. Committed to inclusive, climate-resilient cities, she is actively engaged in international networks on low-carbon construction and sustainable urbanisation, bringing Senegal’s experience to global discussions on regeneration and adequate housing.
