The Global AI Summit for Cities asks one question: what can AI do for every voice of a city, and for the city as a whole? Convened online by Living Cities Earth Association, Global Mayors Academy and the City of Lichtensteig, it brings government, residents, business, civil society, young people and AI builders to one table. In the spirit of World Cities Day 2026, Regenerating the City, the opening weekend centres on residents as co-authors of their city. Dr Marilyn Hamilton opens with the Integral City framework and a roundtable on citizens' voices and AI. City practitioners share what has worked: Boti, the Buenos Aires assistant that connects residents with their city government; digital citizenship and AI for every resident of Bağcılar, Istanbul; and citizen-centred AI from Jakarta and across Asia-Pacific. The summit runs as one season, from 30 October to 12 December 2026: working weeks through November, a track for each voice of the city, and a finale in Lichtensteig, a town recognised with the Wakker Prize for the way it renewed itself. Participants co-write an open charter for AI that belongs to the city. Free to join. Register at https://aiforcities.earth
