### Launch of the TIC-TIM Urban Regulatory Dashboard – Urban October 2026 As part of UN-Habitat’s Urban October 2026 initiatives, the State of São Paulo will host the official launch of the TIC-TIM Urban Regulatory Dashboard, a digital platform consolidating urban planning, land-use, zoning, and building regulations from 30 municipalities within the direct and indirect areas of influence of the TIC-TIM regional railway project. The initiative aims to improve access to municipal regulatory frameworks, strengthen institutional cooperation, and support evidence-based territorial planning and integrated metropolitan governance.
