Utopian Hours, the international festival of city making and urban innovation, celebrates its tenth anniversary in Torino on 16–17 October 2026. The Ten Years Edition / Part 2 follows Part 1, held in Rotterdam last May, and takes place at La Centrale, Nuvola Lavazza and at Dorado, Stratosferica's community hub. More than 20 guests take the stage to explore how cities can respond to the social, environmental and political challenges of the 21st century. Among them: Sir Peter Cook, co-founder of Archigram, days before his 90th birthday; Wim Walschap, CEO of Herzog & de Meuron; Carolyn Steel, author of Hungry City and Sitopia; Christine Murray, founder of The Developer; Tony Cho, founder of Future of Cities; and Imandeep Kaur, co-founder of CIVIC SQUARE. Rotterdam joins as European Guest City, Naples as Italian Guest City. Alongside the talks, six roundtables bring together city officials, developers and practitioners from Italy and Europe. At Dorado, five exhibitions complete the programme, including The City is a Garden, the first Italian exhibition dedicated to Peter Cook's drawings and buildings.
