Strengthened knowledge and collaboration among youth, city leaders, and partners to implement resilient urban solutions. 3. Enhanced recognition of youth leadership and integration of youth priorities in national and city-level sustainability agendas. The 100 Youth Action Punch (A vision from 2025 to 2030) The '100 Youth Action Punch' is the signature outcome of the Resilient Cities Youth Forum. It embodies the collective commitment of over 100 Ghanaian youth to design, implement, and track 100 tangible urban climate actions—ranging from waste recovery innovations, urban gardening, clean transport pilots, to digital green mapping initiatives. Monitoring and Evaluation To ensure measurable impact, a monitoring framework will track progress of youth-led actions over a 12-month period. Data will be collected through the Youth Action Tracker, post-forum surveys, and follow-up interviews. Metrics will include emissions reduction potential, community impact, number of youth engaged, and partnerships formed.
