How about spending Piauí Day morning at the Piçarreira Community Garden? On Sunday, October 19, É de Sol Compostagem invites you to celebrate our state with a special program full of activities for all ages. The day begins at 7:00 a.m. with a composting workshop for adults and a garden treasure hunt for children, continuing until 10:00 a.m. with the sale of products grown in the garden. We will also present, for the first time, the Collaborative Map of Urban Agriculture in Teresina. Intrigued? Come spend the morning with us at Piçarreira Garden and see firsthand the work of our city’s gardeners! The event is free and part of the official Urban Circuit 2025 program, organized by ONU-Habitat Brazil. Don’t forget to bring your reusable bag and some change to purchase fresh, organic vegetables harvested on the spot!
