The event consists of a series of technical workshops organized by the Subsecretariat for Urban Development of the Department of Urban Development and Housing of the State of São Paulo. Its goal is to discuss the regulatory barriers that hinder the production of social housing in municipalities across São Paulo, to disseminate innovative methodologies for analyzing urban regulation, and to present institutional capacity-building strategies to address urban inequality and unplanned urban expansion. This activity is directly connected to the central theme of Urban Circuit 2025, as it explores practical pathways toward fairer, more inclusive, and more sustainable cities through qualified, data-driven urban planning.
