To broaden citizen participation in the revision of the Master Plan, Ippuc has developed a framework for organizing open workshops, which can be hosted by entities, community councils, professionals, academic institutions, and organizations related to urban planning. These workshops are meant to foster debate and gather contributions to the city’s urban development guidelines. A workshop manual is available to guide the process, and the submission of results is systematized to ensure their inclusion in the analysis of proposals for the Master Plan.
