This event is part of a series of technical workshops promoted by the Subsecretariat for Urban Development of the São Paulo State Department of Urban Development and Housing. Its goal is to discuss the regulatory barriers that hinder the production of social housing in municipalities across São Paulo State, disseminate innovative methodologies for analyzing urban regulation, and present institutional capacity-building strategies to address urban inequalities and uncontrolled urban sprawl. The initiative directly aligns with the main theme of the Urban Circuit 2025, as it explores practical pathways toward fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable cities through data-driven and qualified urban planning.
