To broaden civic participation in the review of the Master Plan, IPPUC has developed a guideline for organizing open workshops. These workshops can be hosted by community councils, professional associations, academic institutions, organizations, and institutes involved in urban planning, creating spaces for debate and contributions to the city’s development guidelines. A workshop manual is available to guide the process, and the submission of results is systematized to ensure their inclusion in the analysis of proposals for the Master Plan.
