A technical event promoted by the Subsecretariat for Urban Development aimed at strengthening urban regulation and boosting housing production. The program includes: an institutional opening; presentation of objectives and methodology; an overview of regulatory bottlenecks; roundtables with three municipalities to exchange experiences; a demonstration of geoprocessing applied to the analysis of land use and vacant areas; presentation of the Social Housing Protocol (HIS) and regulatory harmonization guidelines; a debate on institutional capacity; and a discussion on municipal investment, property value plans (PGV), and revenue potential, followed by final recommendations. Target audience: public managers, municipal technicians, regional consortia, and sector specialists.
