On October 15, the time capsule created on December 18, 2022, by families and students of Escola Lumiar in Santos will be opened. The capsule had been sealed in the square adopted by the school, a space that, over the past two years, has hosted maintenance activities, surveys of plant and bird species, and artistic events (such as theatrical performances and a maracatu procession, etc.). This square adoption initiative aims to promote social responsibility and citizenship, encouraging the preservation of green areas and the enhancement of public spaces as places for communal life. During the event, new records will be made, and a new time capsule will be prepared, containing reflections and proposals for urban environmental solutions, continuing the cycle of memories, actions, and commitments toward the future of the community.
