In dialogue with the National Week of Science and Technology and the art installation Maré de Mudanças [Tide of Change], this panel brings together specialists, activists, and researchers to explore the many paths of ocean culture in Brazil. Focusing on the intersection between science, territory, and communication, the discussion invites participants on a journey from the mangrove to the sea, highlighting the role of education, art, and memory in shaping a civic ocean consciousness.
