This event aims to raise awareness and mobilize municipalities on the importance of implementing Federal Law 13.465/2017 and Federal Decree 9.310/2018 (REURB legislation) to reduce the qualitative housing deficit and urban inequalities. It serves as a preparatory event for the drafting of a Pact for Land Regularization in Ceará and the Ceará Forum of Housing Policy Managers. Target audience: Mayors, municipal secretaries, and technical staff involved in land regularization policy. Format: Expository presentations with panels discussing the importance of land regularization policy, the New Urban Agenda (NUA), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
