Ndeshihafela Larandja is the Mayor of Windhoek, Namibia, elected in January 2025. A professional auditor and member of the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC), she holds an MBA in Business Management and a Master’s in Governance and Strategic Leadership. With extensive experience in public finance and administration, she previously served in the Office of the Auditor General. Her priorities focus on improving basic services, upgrading informal settlements, and promoting inclusive, sustainable urban development in Namibia’s capital.
