The event aims to shed light on the implementation of the housing policy in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, over the past five years, presenting results and future perspectives regarding the municipality’s housing demand from the standpoint of the Municipal Housing and Productive Inclusion Company of Juiz de Fora (EMCASA), which is responsible for executing social housing initiatives. Participating in the event, EMCASA’s President, Raphael Rodrigues, will introduce the recent advances achieved in Juiz de Fora through the restructuring of the company. Ana Paula Luz, EMCASA’s Technical and Social Director—who previously served as Manager in the Municipal Housing Department—will discuss the development and implementation of the city’s housing policy in recent years. Finally, Victoria Daniel, Project and Contracts Manager, will present an overview of specific contracts scheduled for execution in the coming years.
