The event focuses on the launch of the Fortalece São Gonçalo Observatory, an initiative aimed at strengthening municipal public management through innovation, monitoring, and the strategic use of data. The goal is to present the Observatory’s platform, highlight its collective development with various municipal departments and institutional partners, and promote the exchange of experiences regarding public policy observatories and smart cities. The format will be in-person at the São Gonçalo Municipal Theater, featuring an institutional opening, speeches by authorities, and two thematic panels. The content will be recorded and later made available through the Urban Circuit. The approach will be collaborative and participatory, emphasizing the exchange of experiences among municipalities, the state, and institutions, intersectoral coordination, and discussion on innovation, transparency, and efficiency in urban management.
