Education, culture, knowledge exchange, and science are key pathways to address the urban challenges of the climate crisis. This event builds on that vision to discuss how peripheral youth can strengthen urban resilience, valuing regional roots and fostering connections between the North and Northeast of Brazil. Therefore, this event will present results from the FRESCA Project – Promotion of Resilience, Education, and Solutions in Environmental Citizenship, developed by Ruma between 2024 and 2025 to train agents of change in environmental and climate justice. The methodology, inspired by the Escazú Agreement, was developed from research and community practices, establishing itself as a social technology to strengthen local leadership. The program will feature young specialists in education, culture, and climate, along with testimonies from participants who experienced the process. Building pathways toward COP30 in Belém, the event highlights the urgency of fostering more just, inclusive, and resilient communities.
