To broaden citizen participation in the review of the Master Plan, IPPUC has developed a framework for hosting open workshops, which can be organized by entities, community and professional councils, academia, organizations, and institutes related to urban planning to foster debate and contributions to the city’s development guidelines. A user manual for the workshops is available, along with a system for submitting and integrating the results into the analysis of proposals for the Master Plan.
