The event Cities that Jump High – Circus Art for All proposes the occupation of urban public spaces through circus art, focusing on social inclusion and the cultural empowerment of peripheral communities. Through juggling and stilt-walking workshops followed by an artistic performance, the project encourages popular participation, promotes the appropriation of public spaces, and strengthens the sense of belonging.
The initiative aligns with the theme of Urban Circuit 2025 by addressing the reduction of urban inequalities, bringing free and accessible culture to historically marginalized populations. The proposal uses art as a tool for social transformation and citizenship, fostering dialogue about the right to the city and the creation of fairer and more inclusive urban environments.
