To broaden citizen participation in the review of the Master Plan, IPPUC developed a guide for holding open workshops, which can be organized by community councils, professional associations, academic institutions, organizations, and institutes involved in urban planning. These workshops aim to foster debate and gather contributions for the city’s urban development guidelines. A manual is available to support the workshops, along with a system for submitting and consolidating the results to be included in the analysis of proposals for the Master Plan.
