This Call for Abstracts contributes to the spirit of Urban October, fostering collaboration and innovation toward more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient cities. The S3OrU conference 2026, to be held in Lviv, Ukraine, will unite researchers, practitioners, and policymakers engaged in low-carbon reconstruction and resource-efficient design. Organised by the University of Leeds with Ukrainian and European partners, the event aims to foster dialogue between science, policy, and practice to advance circular construction globally.
