In the context of the "Week of Cities" celebrations organized by the Museo Ciudadano Vicuña Mackenna in Santiago, Chile, the consulting firm and creative agency ASLAN MAVI Cities and Cultures of the World will premiere the 7th Chapter (Guangzhou, China) of the Audiovisual Program "CITIES 2031." The purpose of this program is to internationalize and disseminate the urban and territorial sustainability strategies of three European cities and four Asian cities, addressing the challenges and opportunities that these cities pose for the urban future of Chile and Latin America. The premiere will feature a report on the cultural development and urban sustainability projects of Guangzhou, fragments from an exclusive interview related to the strategic focus of the chapter: "Sustainable Communities". The event will conclude with a discussion with representatives from both Latin American and Asian sectors present in Santiago, Chile, to reflect on the scope and impact of transferring knowledge and learning from other cities around the world. Rethinking our cities. The CITIES 2031 program was created and led by Simón Villalobos, the third Urban Planner trained and titled in Chile and director of ASLAN MAVI Cities and Cultures of the World. He will also moderate the discussion with sector representatives during the premiere.
