Minister of Housing and Local Government, Malaysia, and President of the United Nations Habitat Assembly

Hon. Nga Kor Ming is Malaysia’s Minister of Local Government Development and a Vice President of the Democratic Action Party (DAP). A lawyer by training, he holds a Law degree from the University of Malaya. He has served as Member of Parliament since 2008 and was Deputy Speaker of the House (2018–2020). His work focuses on sustainable urban development, housing, and inclusive local governance.
