New Urban Agenda Learning Series - From Global Commitments to National Urban Plans

As we approach the 10-year anniversary of the New Urban Agenda (NUA), UN-Habitat invites you to join Our NUA Learning Series, a set of eight global and regional webinars that bring together governments and urban stakeholders to reflect on progress, exchange knowledge, and accelerate the implementation of the NUA worldwide. How do we translate the New Urban Agenda from global commitments into tangible change on the ground? Our second webinar, “From Global Commitments to National Urban Plans”, will take place on Wednesday, 15 October, 15:00–16:30 EAT (in English) and will focus on one of the Means of Implementation: mainstreaming the NUA into National Urban Plans. We will explore how countries are embedding NUA principles into National Urban Policies, alongside common challenges and success stories.
