Luigi is a sustainable urban development and urban and regional planner expert with 18 years of professional experience in leading international projects and programs related to integrated sustainable urban planning, urban and regional infrastructure planning, climate-responsive planning, and economic growth. 

Through international governmental organizations (ADB, AFD, EU, GIZ, UN/DESA, UNDP, and WB), Luigi has provided technical assistance to the ministry, regional department, and GCoM city initiatives to deliver green city planning, urban and green infrastructure management, a low-carbon and climate-resilient development pathway, TOD development, smart cities, and infrastructure investment.
