Land regularization as a climate action: ReURB & SbNs at ANDUS

The event will present the Project to Support the National Agenda for Sustainable Urban Development - ANDUS results in the municipalities of Fortaleza, Sobral, Amajari and Naviraí of implementing articulated strategies of Land Regularization (ReURB) and Nature-Based Solutions (SbN). Antonio Zayek and Fernanda Carolina Costa will present technical notes pointed out by the mentors, in addition to the ANDUS strategy for urban land regularization centered on nature-based solutions. It will also feature testimonies from the participating municipalities on the impacts of the project, by the deputy mayor of Fortaleza, José Élcio Batista, by the municipal secretary of the Environment of Naviraí/MS, Luiz Ávila Júnior, by the Urban Planning Coordinator of SEUMA/Sobral , Alana Pontes, and by the Technical Advisor of the Municipality of Amajari/RR, Cristiane Hellen Souza.
