Heritage

This activity promotes the importance of heritage buildings in the city areas across Cambodia through photos and illustrations with a summary of each building's role in fighting climate change and supporting sustainable living lifestyles. Moreover, we will feature the reflections of environmental youth leaders from the field trip to study and restore the mangrove forest in Tropaeng Sangkae Community in Kampot. Finally, We will share knowledge about disaster risk reduction through nature-based solutions, which is essential for local livelihood in city, rural and coastal areas. These three topics will link together to give precise information to the Cambodian community about the benefits of tackling climate issues for rural and city regions regarding sustainable human settlement.
