Habit- Art: Homes for Hope for Every Juan

Habitat for Humanity Philippines invites all Filipino artists from our partner Communities and Campus Chapters to join the Habit-ART Painting Competition with the theme, “Homes for Hope for Every Juan.” Anchored to the theme of World Habitat Day this year, the painting competition aims to exhibit in a visually compelling way the pressing inequalities and challenges in cities and human settlements and their impact on the marginalized sector. The competition is anchored to United Nation's Urban October theme by looking at the problem of growing inequality and challenges in cities and human settlements and draw attention to vulnerabilities that have been intensified by the triple ‘C’ crises – COVID-19, climate, and conflict. This is open to all Filipino artists from Habitat Philippines’ Partner Communities and Campus Chapters who are at least 18 years old as of September 1, 2022.
