The Congress on Bogotan Identity (Bogotaneidad) seeks to provide a conceptual, methodological, and above all, practical framework that strengthens everyone’s capacity to address and respond to the main challenges facing the city and to offer solutions. It does so through spaces for dialogue and practical tools that encourage reflection on civic behavior, identity, and the sense of belonging among the city’s inhabitants, as well as on strengthening and promoting an inclusive, participatory, and diverse city, and fostering networks of collaboration and cooperation among the city’s various social, political, and academic actors.
