How about spending Piauí Day morning at the Piçarreira Community Garden? On Sunday, October 19, É de Sol Compostagem invites you to celebrate our State’s day with a special program full of activities for all ages. We’ll start at 7 a.m. with a composting workshop for adults and a garden treasure hunt for children, and continue until 10 a.m. with the sale of products grown in the garden. We’ll also be unveiling the Collaborative Map of Urban Agriculture in Teresina for the first time! Excited? Come spend the morning with us at the Piçarreira Garden and get to know the incredible work of our city’s gardeners up close! The event is free and part of the official program of Urban Circuit 2025, by UN-Habitat Brazil. Don’t forget to bring your reusable bag and some change to purchase fresh, organic vegetables harvested right from the garden!
