Ms Elena Díaz Galán is the United Nations Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights and Professor of Public International Law and International Relations at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. Her work focuses on poverty eradication, human rights, sustainable development and people in vulnerable situations.
