The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude at 6:00 p.m., featuring a variety of cultural and artistic presentations, including dramatizations, performances by the percussion groups Vidiga na Social and Batucavidi, and poetry recitations by local artists. The program will also include an introduction and discussion of the Climate Memory Exhibition. The occasion will celebrate the 85th (official) anniversary of Vidigal, with longtime residents sharing their memories of the community and strategies for addressing climate-related challenges. To engage younger generations and honor local heritage, the event will feature the award ceremony for the essay contest “O meu lugar" [My Place], conducted with students from local schools. The event will take place at the Alto do Vidigal sports court, with the entire community invited to participate. Audiovisual coverage will be provided.
